Excellent day Saturday spent photographing a pair Kestrels. 

Both male and female were very active from first light till around midday 

I'm not usually a great fan of back lit images but i can see in some ways it helps to show feather detail 

Mr woody got in on the act too 

On a different note this years cider is ready so if you are passing please drop in and pick some up !!!
